No, there is no implantation bleeding yet. Then again, according to some widespread list I found on the internet, today my baby(ies?!) should be continuing to implant and HCG won't begin to be produced, even in trace amounts, for 2 more days. I don't really have any symptoms at all, to be honest.

Am I jumping the gun, or what?

My beta is scheduled for Monday the 13th.

Since I do not live in the same town as my Clinic, and because I REFUSE to go to the OMC and pay an additional $125 fee in addition to the cost of the blood test, I will be going to a regular lab here in town. It's a bit of a pain though. They will draw my blood, and then it will SIT THERE for maybe an hour or more until a courier comes to pick it up and transport it to the hospital where the actual equipment resides. Then, at some unknown time, they will run the test. At some point after my test is finished, they will call or fax the results to my Clinic. Someone from my Clinic will then call me with the results. It's going to be quite a day.

Of course I'll see either a + or - pee stick before then. The cat will already be out of the bag. By Monday, it will just be about confirmation.

I hope they don't lose my vial of blood. Or have the machine break down. Or run the HCGs at 10 pm. Or drop and break my vial. Or mislabel it and mix it up with someone else's. Or forget to calibrate the machine. Or....

I really have quite a creative imagination, eh?

LOL. Happy you are giving your OMC the middle finger for blood tests. Just remember, they can always draw more if they lose it, drop it, or screw it up somehow. And since you with have the stick as back-up, it's all good! ;)

ok, so less than a week and you'll know for sure!! Very exciting... And sadly, I don't think you're making up all the what-if's. After my doc/lab experience last week, I'll believe anything can happen! Have you figured out when you'll start to test?

I have such high hopes for this cycle - crossing everything for you. And I am amused by your implantation bleeding monitoring . . . I do the same thing. FWIW, I think it's a myth. :)

Oops, I just put some of my comments regarding this post on the previous one. Oh well! Please don't read ANYTHING at all into not having any implantation bleeding or symptoms. So many women have neither, fully expect to get a BFN and end up pregnant. I have everything crossed for you!!

I hope those bab(ies) get nice and cosy in that uterus soon :-) I wish I could offer more help in getting through these next few days. It's so hard keep yourself occupied during the TWW - even during a regular cycle. Hmm...I'm going to work on this and get back to you. In the meantime, keep the imagination going - maybe you'll come up with something brillant, like time travel!

From what I understand implantation bleeding is the exception rather than the rule, but I do understand that desire to seek it. J and I closely monitor for any glimpse of pink....ever hopeful for that early sign. Wow the 13th seems so close but I would bet that it feels like a million years away for you. I have such a good feeling about this cycle!!

In other matters, I will be happy to be your gardening consultant but I must admit that my success is always very hit or miss. This year, the tomatoes are taller than I am. Last year the tomatoes were sad little vines. I am quite the crapshoot. :)

Is there ALWAYS implantation bleeding with this kind of thing? FWIW, I did not have it with my first pregnancy at all.

I'm 3dp5dt, so we're really only a day apart...

I have absolutely no signs of anything, which makes all the sense in the world but it's still nagging at me all the time. I wish I felt at least some kind of intuition.

I never pee until the last minute - I just can't take the negative-but-maybe thing. Plus, I hate generating non-recyclable plastic waste, which is probably the best reason I have found to keep me from running out and buying then NOW!

When I got my one and only BFP, I POAS that morning and it was + but I didnt want to believe it until I had the bloods to confirm. So I went straight to the hospital to have them draw the blood there, turns out the machine was being worked on that day (why wouldnt it be?)and I had to wait almost the whole day for the result, it was the worst. Just keep yourself busy and I would def POAS beforehand. Good luck!!!
